CTP, Central Europe’s leading industrial park developer, today announced its expansion plans for Serbia
CTP, Central Europe’s leading industrial park developer, today announced its expansion plans for Serbia. CTPs investment covers the acquisition of property in Belgrade and Novi Sad as well as further development all totalling 120,000 m2 of lettable area.
CTPs first investment, located in the capital, Belgrade is a 12,000-m2 facility accommodating an existing client, Phoenix Pharm, with an extension possibility of 5,500 m2.
The Novi Sad Facility, with a delivery date Q1/2019, will be over 23,000 m2. Just 80 km from the Capital, Novi Sad, the country’s second largest city, is an industrial and financial centre in its own right, with over 340,000 inhabitants. The University of Novi Sad has more than 50,000 students and 5,000 employees and, as such, is one of the largest educational research centres in Central Europe. This is an important attribute for potential CTP clients, most of whom come from the automotive, high-tech manufacturing and logistics industries.
“After a couple of months of hard work, we delivered our first major acquisition in Serbia. A significant step in cementing ourselves as the premium developer in the country. I am proud to provide new facilities to our potential clients, with a built-to-suit solution in case they decide to extend their business,” said CTP’s Country Manager for Serbia, Vlatko Djuricek.
